WHAT'S NEW AT THE CENTER

Over the past year missional transformation strategies have been supported by our staff in ten different regions of the country.

This support consists of training and consulting with theological and practical resources for the renewal of numerous clusters of congregations. Six middle governing church organizations are being supported through a vision and transformation process.

In addition, a handful of individual congregations receive our close support as they discern God's vision for their future and engage in the transformation that vision requires. All of these partner churches and leaders are making the most important journey of all for these times - from maintenance in an "establishment church" era to a missional identity, calling, and habits.

	The Center has a new partnership with United Theological Seminary (Dayton, OH) to offer a Doctor of Ministry degree in congregational transformation. This exciting venture means that congregation leaders will receive significant support for guiding a missional transformation process while the pastor earns a D.Min. degree.
Roland Kuhl	Roland Kuhl and Marianne Rhebergen, two exceptional church leaders, have joined the Center's staff. Roland Kuhl (Ph.D.) has come on as Director of Educational Initiatives to develop partnerships with seminaries to support congregational transformation through Doctor of Ministry programs. Marianne Rhebergen (Ph.D.) has joined as Senior Consultant, bringing expertise with leadership and renewal strategies in judicatory and denominational settings.	Marianne Rhebergen
Paul Dietterich, Executive Director Emeritus, is writing a much anticipated book on church leadership, capturing years of research and wisdom for practical use for church leaders seeking faithful and fruitful transformation.
