The Center critically integrates theology and the change sciences. It draws upon general systems theory in the development of its diagnostic and change models. These models help church leaders and members: |

- Unravel the mysteries, paradoxes, and apparent contradictions.
- Identify which factors in church life are most important.
- Discover how various factors are related to one another.
- Determine which factors cause other factors to change.
