The process includes:
- A survey of the congregation and/or specific leadership teams.
- A printed profile, developed from computer processed data, which includes:
- A clustered index.
- A percent distribution page.
- A graph depicting the current system of leadership in the church or team.
- A graph depicting the desired system of leadership.
With the survey results in hand, a consultant then assists the leadership team as they utilize the survey to guide the development of the team. |
