This manual helps both clergy and congregational committees responsible for clergy-parish relationships introduce and embed the MP&R System as part of their life together. Clergy learn how to do the initial work framing the planning and evaluation process. Committee members learn how to work collaboratively with the clergy to analyze and improve performance by both clergy and congregation. This resource package includes: MP&R for Heads & Members of Staffs Instructional Manual. This manual helps church teams introduce and embed the MP&R System in their church. Specific guidance is provided for launching the MP&R System, building the performance plans to be used as criteria for evaluation, and conducting the entire process.  Team members learn how to use supportive analytical rather than judgmental appraisal methods.

This booklet accompanies the above manual and helps persons learn to consider and select the key areas in which results must be produced if their team or their congregation is to be both faithful to its calling and effective in carrying it out. Emphasis is placed on key result areas for churches that are moving out of the former "establishment church era" and are learning to become "missional churches" in today's missionary context in North America.
