This package includes MP&R Instructional Manual and the Reading
Booklet "Focusing our Shared Ministry".

The Instructional Manual helps both clergy and congregational committees responsible for clergy-parish relationships introduce and embed the MP&R System as part of their life together. Clergy learn how to do the initial work framing the planning and evaluation process. Committee members learn how to work collaboratively with the clergy to analyze and improve performance by both clergy and congregation.

This package includes MP&R Instructional Manual and the Reading Booklet "Focusing our Shared Ministry.

The Instructional Manual helps church teams introduce and embed the MP&R System in their church. Specific guidance is provided for launching the MP&R System, building the performance plans to be used as criteria for evaluation, and conducting the entire process. Team members learn how to use supportive analytical rather than judgmental appraisal methods.

The Reading Booklet, Focusing our Shared MInistry accompanies the Instructional Manual and helps persons consider and select Key Result Areas for ministry. Key Result areas are those key areas where there must be ministry results if the team, congregation, and pastor are to be faithful to their calling and effective in carrying it out.
