TO REGISTER BY MAIL

To register for the Convocation by mail - you must include full payment by check, money order, or credit card with the registration form (print out). Mail/fax/e-mail the form(s) to the Center's address. Your registration fee includes a $50 non-refundable deposit.

To register for the Training Seminar by mail - submit 1/2 Tuition and 1/2 Meals and Lodging with registration form, and pay the balance at the seminar. This registration fee also includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made using credit card: American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa, as well as personal and institutional checks, in US dollars only.
