CONVOCATION: Meals and lodging package at the Cenacle (2 nights and meals: Thurs. dinner through Sat. lunch): SINGLE ROOM: $180 DOUBLE ROOM: $140 (Register early -- availibility of your choice may be limited)

TRAINING SEMINAR: Meals and lodging package at the Cenacle (4 nights and meals: Mon. lunch through Fri. breakfast): SINGLE ROOM: $360 DOUBLE ROOM: $280 (Register early -- availibility of your choice may be limited)

| DAILY COMMUTER: Fee for participants not using Cenacle lodging is $35/day. Includes 3 meals, refreshments, and access to parking. |
| REFUNDS: All Meals and Lodging at the Cenacle are refundable up to June 15, 2008. No refunds will be given after June 15. |

| To register for the Convocation you must include full payment by check, money order, or credit card with the registration form (print out). Mail/fax/e-mail the form(s) to the Center's address. Your registration fee includes a $50 non-refundable deposit.
For Training Seminar submit 1/2 Tuition and 1/2 Meals and Lodging with registration, and pay the balance at the seminar. This registration fee also includes a $50 non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made using credit card: American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa, as well as personal and institutional checks, in US dollars only.
